Unclear why certain search results are shown

Those results come from winget. If from the CLI you do winget search macos that will show you what matched, in this case it was Tag: macos. And indeed, from winget show Paragon.HFS+ you'll see

Dev Home is using WinGet to perform the search action.

The first result you saw with msal is because the "Package Id" in WinGet is "msaltnet.TViewer" - the first four characters match.

The second result with macos is because the packages have "macos" as a Tag

We do want to make improvements here, and there are several Issues and discussions over at the WinGet repository.

Do you feel like adding some of the additional fields in the UI would help, or do you think the search results should have a fundamentally different behavior?

@denelon @florelis thanks for the context, this makes sense. I'd say some additional context would definitely be helpful, especially if we know what term the user entered and why we're showing the result.
