Allow images to be imported for environment creation (Hyper-V)

Suggested new feature or improvement

I was going through the issues but couldn't find this feature request. It would be nice to allow users to import their own custom images so they can select them when creating an environment for Hyper-V machines.

Scenario

Simply by going to Create environment -> Select Hyper-V -> Select the image of your choose
