Rename WSL subsystems

Suggested new feature or improvement

I would like to be able to rename my VMs, such as "test vm", "lxd host", "dev server", "staging server", etc.

Scenario

This is useful on a daily basis for anyone who has more than one vm running. Dev Home makes it SO nice to run multiple VMs, but we need the ability to rename them.
