"Last Connected" Sort Button Not Working

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Navigate to the "Environments" section in the Dev Home app.
2. Select any dev box and click the "Launch" button to connect it, then disconnect.
3. In the dropdown at the top right, select the "Last Connected" option to sort the dev boxes.
4. Check if the dev box list is sorted as expected.
5. Repeat step2, then click the "Sync" button to ensure the "Sync" button does not affect the sorting results)
6. Go through steps 3-5 again.

Expected result

The dev box list should be sorted in the order of the last connection.

Actual result

The "Last Connected" sort button is not working. Additionally, I am unsure if dev boxes connected through the dev portal affect the sorting.
