Display GiB instead of GB when viewing Dev Drive insights

Suggested new feature or improvement

Allow for viewing the size of Dev Drives in the insights view in GiB instead of GB, mirroring the experience in the Windows Settings application.

Scenario

Either making the default behaviour displaying values in GiB, or adding a settings option would suffice. It would also be nice to display GiB values as 'GiB' instead of 'GB', although this won't follow the precedent set by the rest of the system.
