Generate Configuration File For Windows Settings

The ability to set windows settings in the end to end Machine Configuration and then have them exported in a winget configuration file similar to how Repos and Packages are

Scenario

When working on a large team that requires specific windows settings enabled. This will save time and documentation.

Another scenario is if a user has multiple dev machines or has recently reinstalled windows and needs to setup all windows settings. Having it as apart of the end to end machine configuration that can be exported and imported as a winget configuration file would be beneficial

There are some open issues at https://github.com/microsoft/winget-dsc/issues and pull requests open for some settings already :)
