DevDiagnostics: Crash reports page: Dump Info doesn't scroll

Steps to reproduce the bug

Two issues:

  1. The header should be consistent: elsewhere we're using initial cap for the first word only. So it should be "Dump info" not "Dump Info".
  2. The dump info data typically doesn't fit the window, so we should offer scrollbars: image
