End task setting shows up on Windows 10, but functionality doesn't appear to be present?
Dev Home version
0.1701.585.0
Windows build number
10.0.19045.4651
Other software
OS Build Version: 10.0.19045.4651.amd64fre.vb_release.191206-1406 .NET Version: .NET 8.0.7
Steps to reproduce the bug
Navigate to Windows customization -> General settings and toggle the End Task feature
Expected result
I would expect that I would see the new End Task feature if I right-click on a program's icon in the taskbar.
Actual result
I don't see the entry point in that context menu. I thought that the end task feature was available on Windows 11 onward, so this might need to be hidden on Windows 10.
