Dev Home should provide UX and associated infrastructure to help users navigate to and discover the entry points for experimental features.

Scenario

Dev Home supports authoring of experimental features. End users can navigate to the Settings menu where they can choose to toggle on any off-by-default experimental features to try out this new functionality. Once a feature has been toggled, it is not necessarily clear to users where in the application they would need go to try out that newly-enabled feature.

Dev Home can help here by providing a consistent discovery mechanism for helping users find those entry points. This would also benefit anyone implementing an experimental feature and ensure consistency in that part of the experience.
