Remove the crappy PowerToys component from the devhome

Remove crappy PowerToys components such as Hosts, Environment Variable Editor and Registry Preview. The hosts editor, click "Open hosts file" no response. If I edit or switch multiple times, many backup files will be generated and will not be deleted. When I noticed there were already a dozen files. The environment variable editor, in addition to the interface "modernization", the layout is poor, the visual area is low (less visible items). And the operation is inconvenient, like a lot of what used to be a double-click anywhere becomes a click to open the menu in a specific place and then click edit, besides without even path selection. Gaudy.

Scenario

• To facilitate users, you can add directly open the environment variable settings and open the hosts (with default text editor) in "windows customization", remove the "Utilities" page. That "registry preview" is left to PowerToys themselves.
• To give users a "new visual experience", please redesign without involving the PowerToys team, if it doesn't make it better than before, please don't do it.

Is the PowerToys team responsible for this project? If not, please tell the PowerToys team not to try to get involved in everything.
