Suggested new feature or improvement

While the featured applications extension SDK feature clearly allows an extension to suggest packages to a user, it does not currently offer the ability for the extension to know what the user selected and ultimately installed from those suggestions. Thus this information should be exposed, in a compliant way, to the extension so that extension writers can improve their featured application offerings.
