Removal and disk detachment

Removal of Dev home and the subsequent disks created need to be much more simple.

Experiencing file and bitlocker holding onto resources and vhxd's, even after rebooting, attempting removal with command line and various other methods, almost now having to roll back to a different restore point.

Scenario

Decided to test out the application and features, it seemed a good idea to create a vhxd and keep this self contained, although my experience was not as straight forward as I hoped so I wanted to stop and evaluate another day - but need the application removed and the vhdx file/drive deleted as I had no use for it yet.

Cannot delete files in use, cannot remove from disk management, cannot add then remove using drive management.
