I was adding and deleting environments. I ran narrator and tabbed to highlight the environments that I was adding and deleting.

Narrator read the text, but did not state: Deleting.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Have an environment. Delete it Run narrator Tab to that enviroment

Expected result

expect to hear state (probably the case with all environments)

Actual result

Read the name, but did not inform me that it was getting deleted
