Steps to reproduce the bug
Use DevHome Try to create Windows image. After awhile: Status: Failed to create environment due to error: Unable to get Local Hyper-V host: Hyper-V encountered an error trying to access an object on computer 'KEVINLA-SURFACE' because the object was not found. The object might have been deleted. Verify that the Virtual Machine Management service on the computer is running.
But this should not be true. It is running.

Interestingly this error comes directly from the Hyper-V service itself and not us, we just surface it. But we can investigate.
