Steps to reproduce the bug

I start your long create process and accidentally click the close action on DevHome. DevHome should WARN you. "Dude, you are going lose all the righteous work you just did, are you sure you want to exit?"

This should be a DevHome feature for other actions too. If I have stated a configuration file execution, I should be warned before exiting

Expected result

I should be warned before exiting, and given a chance to opt out.

Actual result

DevHome exited and the work was lost.

Worked with design: Prior to exit the user should be warned about exiting. Please provide a dialog:

Dev Home is still creating your environment. If you choose to exit, your environment will not be complete and you will have to start again.
