Provide a way to delete a virtual disk in dev home / windows settings

Suggested new feature or improvement

Right now, there is no way to delete a virtual disk from windows settings:

To delete a virtual disk you need to open the Disk Management tool (diskmgmt.msc), press "Detach VHD" on virtual disk, and then manually delete it from disk, which is not intuitive or user-friendly at all.

Scenario

For easy deleting virtual disk from settings.
