Add a background-ability to the app.. 👀 So that we can launch it similarly to how PowerToys has a popup

Also, maybe a shortcut too.. Win+Shift+D ? to open up this panel..? Also, could look into integration with Windows Widgets

Scenario

Launching the app and alt tabbing doesn't completely reduce the workflow complexity.
