add 00 notebook

Description

Adding 00 notebook in another PR, removed this notebook from PR #576, following Patrick's feedback.

Note that for 00 notebook, I used a FairMOT model that has been trained for 6 epochs. For fewer epochs (e.g. 3), the tracking on the dirinking video was bad.
