Screen blank in recordings - SCORM file (both pop up and embedded)

Describe the bug We are using a MS clarity tag in GTM to track user interactions on our SaaS learning site.
Our courses are uploaded into the website as SCORM files.
I have noticed that the recordings seem to be blank when the user opens the SCORM to start interacing with the course. This happens in both the popup and embedded version of the SCORM.
Ive tried adding the GTM tag into the SCORM file. Sometimes recordings appear to be working. And other times the screen remains blank in the MC recordings.
Also not all interactions appear to be showing in recordings. I have seen someone else mention that you need to be interacting for more than 10 seconds. I am doing this.
Repro Steps User clicks on SCORM file to open It and start interacting with it. Recordings are blank in MC.

Hi @deliwasista, Clarity can't capture third-party iFrames and HTML Canvas elements. It looks like these SCROM files don't necessarily need to be placed within iFrames, but often are so you could take a look at this external StackOverflow message for more details:
