Button Smart Events not recorded

I set up my project with button smart events, and it was working well until a few weeks ago when it suddenly stop recording. Fortunately, the other page visits smart events are still functioning. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Can Admin or Support provide any hints to resolve it?
