Sessions are being recorded live correctly but are not saved in the session list records

I am reaching out to you regarding an issue that we have encountered with the Clarity analytics platform.

We have successfully integrated Clarity into our platform, and overall, the experience has been positive. However, we are currently facing a challenge with the recorded sessions. While all sessions are being live recorded as expected, they are not being stored in the session list for easy reference and analysis.

We have thoroughly reviewed our integration setup, and everything seems to be in order. However, the missing sessions in the session list are impacting our ability to analyze user interactions effectively.

I've been seeing the same behaviour whilst testing Clarity. After fixing an issue where each individual page visited was being listed as a new session live recordings started to appear correctly and we could see a users journey. However, after waiting a few hours for the recordings to appear in the list of recordings they never did.
