Unable to add Team Member

Hi, I am using the free MS Clarity version. I have a project with 1 admin and 2 team members. When I add a 3rd team member, there is no link sent as invitation. Many thanks in advance

@powerclima ,Could you please make sure there are not more than 10 pending invites to your project. There's no limit on the number of users you can add to a project. However, only 10 pending invites are allowed at a time.

Our team is also having this exact same issue. Currently we have three projects and invite e-mails are not being sent at the moment. This issue has now been present at least couple of days for us. We don't have any pending invites (at least those are not visible in the UI e.g. under settings -> team)

Hi Jani,

Are you able to see below notification when email invite was sent or are you getting any error notification? Could you please try by cancelling existing pending invites and let us know if any issues.

We're not getting any error messages and all previous "pending" invites were cancelled. There are also not errors in console / network tab

Cancelling existing invite and resending new invite also not working? If yes, please share project ID to investigate further.

From our side, invitations are now working. Issue was in our end and for some reason all invitation emails were treated as a spam and those didn't reach e-mail inboxes / spam folders etc but were parsed out already on server side. (Although at the same time Clarity recap emails were working correctly)

Hi, we are having the same problems in Microsoft Clarity. We are trying to add business mails and personal gmails but the invitations are not reaching the new members. Until Wednesday everything was working fine.

We are having this problem as well today. Signed up and tried to add new team members and they don't get any emails.

I'm having the same issue too. 3 members were invited, they haven't received the invite email. I invited about 4 memebers 4 months back, they all worked, they are now members. Something is broken in Microsoft Clarity few days back.

Hello,

On Friday we had issue with email invitations not delivering which is fixed now. Please cancel the existing invites and resend new invitation. Let us know if you are still facing any issue.
