List all custom tags in session

Hi,

I have a question regarding custom tags. Specifically about being able to view all custom tags that were recorded in that session/recording.

I know we are able to filter sessions based on any custom tag, but I don't think we have a view where each custom tag uploaded from the session is available as a list. Or even better, if the recording is able to mark at what point in the session the tag was received.

If this is not available, are there any plans to work on this in the near future?

@nabeelmehmood ,Currently custom tags are applied at a page level in a session. A user can see custom tags in expand details at a page level in a session.We will explore options to make this more discoverable. Thanks for your feedback..

+1 on this one. While tags are available on pages, it is not as easy to find the right page that has the tag from a recording. Would be nice if they are part of session details.

Also +1 ... everyone in my company who has used the Clarity recordings UI expects the custom tags to show up under Session Details.

This is because we are using the tags to record things like Customer Name, Customer Email, Customer Role ... which may not be how custom tags were designed in the first place.

An alternative would be to provide a different way to associate non masked user data with a user/session.

BUT, custom tags are the only way, that I know of, currently, to associate user data like this with Clarity data.
