[Feature Request] Console and network tracking
Other Real User Monitoring solutions have the ability to collect and replay console logs/errors and full network traffic (as specified by implementation). I would love to see this feature in Clarity, as it would help debug application errors even further.
@speedy250 , Thanks for feedback. We will consider it and add it to our product roadmap.
This will be a very desirable feature indeed. If there is a custom clarity.log() (like console.log())that would log the variable/object into clarity but not to the users console that would be fantastic. Sometimes we don't want users console to see some data but would like to see some object/variable values in clarity recordings. Also ability to pause/resume recordings would be desirable. I know we can do it pagewise, but sometimes we want skip certain actions completely
Wow, hope this feature
Thanks! Is there any update on this request? it would be nice to have this type of end-to-end visibility for sure.
The lack of this feature is likely why I'll have to shy away from this product for now. I've had it on another product and it's a very tough feature to lose access to.
@speedy250 , Thanks for feedback. We will consider it and add it to our product roadmap. Any update on if it's officially on the roadmap, and if so when we might be able to expect this feature?

It's funny that AI "insights" was implemented before console logs. It's a very cool feature obviously, and super helpful, but console logs would provide the remaining info our dev team needs.
Once we have console and network recording too, all other products will be useless. Please add it or add a way to community to extend it.
Yes, indeed @vinityad
It would be great to have it here in Clarity. Some are even willing to pay for it ;( Our company is paying for Smartlook(recently acquired by Cisco). https://help.smartlook.com/docs/smartlook-devtools.
Not only for the network info... it allows recording canvas and within iframes. In case it helps ...

This is almost a make it or break it - Clarity is great otherwise. Is there any hope to add this to the product or is this not something you're going to pursue?
Any updates on where the progress is now?
+1 This would be a game-changer. We already have "JS Errors" -field in the dashboard so I'd assume we have some sort of console log handling internally for clarity already.
+1 this would be an immense help for debugging
+1 another day when this is exactly what we needed
+1 we need it
+1 please add console and network tracking

I'm with @sourav-loop - recently tried Posthog and it's an incredible product. Both in terms of pricing and functionality. Highly recommend it.
