Recordings never have CSS and Heatmap sometimes

When viewing recordings we never have CSS styles applied. When viewing heatmap sometimes we have to refresh like 5 times before CSS are applied. But this never works for recordings.

A secondary issue we have is divs that are lazy loaded as you scroll do not appear in heatmaps. The click events show where the user clicked but its almost like the heatmap is a snapshot of what the page is like at the very beginning

css never loading on both heatmaps and recordings. We don't have any authentication on our (minified) css.

Do you use base href on your site? This could be a duplicate of #279
