Retake heatmap screenshot

In the company where I work we use clarity, and we load the script after a few seconds (to avoid SEO problems, like decrease google page-speed or web vitals metrics for exemple). The only problem is that sometimes clarity take a bad screenshot to show the heatmaps, like these image below (which are a opened modal that hide the heatmap):

There are anyway to retake the scronshot? Or, somehow avoid clarity.js posts after the script loaded (so I would prevent collections when this modal was open)?

Is there an interval or something on which this operates? I had a landingpage with fading in effect, only showing black screen.

Removed the fadein effect but no new screenshot visible after hours?

The loading experience on your website has some animation, which does not see to work as expected on Clarity. The other issue is that all the samples that show up in heatmaps are snippets of this loading experience. While we enhance this behavior we suggest you to try
