Update Wiki documentation on erasable syntax

Support for erasable syntax has been added to the compiler. The Wiki documentation needs to be updated. to reflect this. Right now we only have a proposal. The descriptions there need to be integrated into the descriptions for the various language features. We also need an overview page describing how to use the erasable syntax.
