Can't clear mid way calculations.

Open a-y-a-n-das opened this issue 1 year ago • 5 comments

Describe the bug

While calculating something If I decide to start over in the middle of a calculation i.e after an operand then I can't clear the calculator using the 'delete' button

Steps To Reproduce enter an operand (e.g '5') then an operator (e.g '+') then another operand (e.g '3') then press 'delete', can't go to initial state before pressing enter.

Expected behavior

the calculator should go to its initial state (i.e. ready for a fresh input)

You can use the escape key to clear calculations all the way.

If I am typing using numpad then the closest key is del. So it should be dell, btw I have installed another calculator app and that's working fine.
