Point graphing functionality
Problem Statement
I want to be able to graph single points on the graphing calculator, but it is not possible. This would help with finding solutions to math problems.
Evidence or User Insights
It is relatively simple to plot a small filled-in circle at the given point. It would add a simple feature to the graphing calculator.
Proposal
It will let he use define a point to display to help them visualize a solution.
Goals
Adding the ability to graph points, or individual dots, by typing (x, y), with "x" being the x-coordinate and "y" being the y-coordinate. I know this is technically not a function, however, it would be a nice feature.
Non-Goals
Low-Fidelity Concept
A small filled-in circle will be placed at the given point.
Requested Assignment
I might try to implement it myself if I have the time and can figure it out.
I had posted a version of this issue earlier, but it was closed without being resolved, as far as I am aware. I have added more detail and specifics to the issues.
