Switching app theme quickly will cause render issue

Describe the bug Switching between light and dark mode quickly will cause the UI resources being loaded incorrectly.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the settings page
2. Expand "App theme"
3. Land focus on "Light"
4. Press "down" and "up" arrow keys quickly
5. Observe the issue (see the screenshot)

Expected behavior The UI resources shall be loaded correctly.

Hey there, If you simply try to upgrade your computer you might not see this. This is not a bug it's the load time calculator apps "used" to take while switching between themes, you might see the similar thing in windows theme while you switch themes.

But now the thing had been fixed the load time for theme is awesome now. If you now, try to do so you will not see any issues.
