Add nautical measurements (Fathoms, Leagues)

Problem Statement

The Conversions tab for length already includes Nautical Miles, but not other nautical-related units.

Evidence or User Insights

These units would be helpful for people working on boats or ships. Fathoms are typically used to measure water depth, and Leagues are an older measure for distance.
