App execution alias

I need an app execution alias for the Calculator app: calc.exe (like Paint or Notepad)

Currently there is a purposely built stub inside C:\Windows\system32.exe which starts calculator, or if you have win32calc.exe and not this app, start the win32 version instead (like the case of LTSC versions).
