Repro steps: Open the Application Calculator Navigate to ‘Scientific’ button and activate it. Open Narrator and enable scan mode. Now navigate to the headings using h key. Observe the issue.

Actual Result: Multiple irrelevant heading level 1 is defined on the Standard page.

Expected Result: Multiple irrelevant heading should not be defined on the Standard page. There should not be multiple H1 heading defined on the page.
