Repro Steps: Launch Calculator app. Turn on the narrator. Navigate Open navigation button and activate it. Navigate to 'Standard' list item and activate it. Turn On the scan mode and navigate to the value present under "History" tab using up/down arrow key. Observe the issue.

Actual Result: Narrator is reading value twice while navigating in scan mode in history list items.

Ex: Narrator read it as "53 times 17 equals to, 53 times 17 equals to ".

Expected Result: Narrator should read value once while navigating in scan mode in history list items.

Ex: Narrator read it as "53 times 17 equals to ".
