Describe the bug

CurrencyMode doesn't work while a full-tunnel VPN is turned on

Steps To Reproduce

1. Clear the cached data if you have opened Calculator App before.
   1. Press 'Start' key on the keyboard.
   2. Type 'Calculator' to search for the app.
   3. Right click on the search result - Calculator.
   4. Choose App Settings from the popup menu.
   5. Go to the Reset section and then click on the button Reset.
2. Launch the Calculator App.
3. Navigate to Currency mode.
4. Bingo - the issue should be reproduced if you see a big blank area and no currency choices.

Expected behavior

Currency mode should work well.
