F7 shortcut for octal mode (in Programmer mode) prompts about "caret browsing"
Describe the bug An anachronistic prompt about "caret browsing" is given when trying to use a shortcut key to change the numeric base in programmer mode.
Steps To Reproduce
- Fire up Calculator
- Enter "Programmer mode" with ALT+F4, or by using the "Programmer" command in the hamburger menu
- Press F5 to switch to hex mode. Sweet!
- Press F6 to switch to switch back to decimal. Nice.
- Press F7 to switch to octal mode. BUG#1) It works and Calculator switches to octal mode. But it also prompts about "Turn on Caret Browsing?" I don't know what caret browsing is, and can't figure out how it might apply to Calculator. Maybe it has something to do with web browsing -- but I can't find any web-integration features in Calculator.
Expected behavior In this context, F7 should switch to Octal mode without prompting about something unexpected and unrelated to this application.

This is your friendly Microsoft Issue Bot. I've seen this issue come in and have gone to tell a human about it.
Also note that even when checking the box "Do not ask me again when I press F7" it will be asked again the next time you start calculator and press F7.
This is still an issue and it's pretty annoying.
Friendly ping. This is still an issue.
