When no history is present there, narrator does not announce “There’s no history yet”

Pre-Requisite: No history should be present.

Repro Steps:

1. Launch Calculator app.
2. Navigate Open navigation button and activate it.
3. Navigate to Scientific calculator list item and activate it.
4. Navigate to "History" tab item and activate it.
5. Observe the issue.

Note: Same issue is repro for 'Memory' tab item also. Narrator does not announce “There’s nothing saved in memory”.

Actual Result: When no history is present there, narrator does not announce “There’s no history yet”

Expected Result: When no history is present there, narrator should announce the information also as “There’s no history yet”
