Rreset functionality for Composer

I would like to suggest the inclusion of a sort of reset functionality in the composer. This functionality should be able to save current configuration, allow sectional resets and total resets to default settings. This will cut the amount of time wasted by new developers, those transiting from low code to more advanced features as well as experienced developers. There is a place for this functionality as well as github.
