[NewTemplateRequest] like "custom command" with confirm before send activity

With Custom Commands is not possible verify, with an pre send activity, if command can be execute to the client device.

Is possible to have a BOT template, with Direct Speech Line, that can be satisfy this scenario ?

1. Command recognize vocal thru LUIS
2. Send custom JSON activity to Client
3. Client evaluate the activity and respond with another activity JSON
4. BOT evaluate response and send to client speech responses (OK, command successful execute.... or .... is not possible exceute in this moment...)
