refactor: Update Recognizers-Text references

Description

This PR updates all npm Recognizers-Text dependencies' references with botbuilder-stdlib Recognizers-Text packages.

Specific Changes

• Updated all Recognizers-Text dependencies in package.json files with the one located in botbuilder-stdlib.
• Updated all Recognizers-Text imports path to point to botbuilder-stdlib vendors folder.

Testing

The following image shows the bot working with the new Recognizers-Text packages inside BotBuilder.
