how to install cuda driver in CBL

our azure vm is CBL, and the nvidia-smi command returns with error msg "NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running."

we have try "yum install cuda" and reboot, while still same error.

could anyone from the team help to give a guideline on it? thanks a lot!
