Fix typo in CVE-2018-1000097 patch filename in sharutils to ensure detection by CVE tooling

Summary
We can't detect the presence of a CVE patch if the name doesn't reflect the right CVE identifier. sharutils has a patch for CVE-2018-1000097, but the file name is CVE-2018-100009.patch. CVE-2018-100009 doesn't exist, and this patch definitely fixes 1000097, so let's fix the typo.
