Enable CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_QL and CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_ST kernel config to enable suitable path selection.

Chris thank you for your contribution. Can you provide some more detail on what you are trying to resolve? This issue is currently targeted at the 1.0 branch, which is a stable release branch. It would need to be retargeted at 1.0-dev...but given that 2.0 has now been released, you may want to retarget this to the "main" branch.
