I don't see how the steps to apply changes to integrate LaunchDarkly fit within the solution.

For Exercise 2 Step 10 there is no _Layout.chtm file to edit - closest I can find it _Layout.cshtml but there is no reference to replace any items as the line numbers do not match and the @await line code does not exist?
