VM Downloads - Storage account for 2017 VMs disabled

The storage account for the TFS 2017 virtual machines and labs referenced at the bottom of https://github.com/microsoft/azuredevopslabs/blob/master/labs/devopsserver/devopsvmdownload/readme.md is disabled. Attempting to navigate to the 2017 VM/Labs returns an error message:

The blob storage account seems to have been deprovisioned. The Azure blob storage account almvm2017 can no longer be resolved (e.g., https://almvm2017.blob.core.windows.net/vm2017/VisualStudio%20ALMVM%202017%20Labs.zip)
