Height of Query results is not retained when results reshown

• Azure Data Studio Version: 1.10.0 (User Setup) on Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Execute a query
2. Resize the Query Results Window (e.g. make it shorter)
3. Press WIN + SHIFT+R to toggle the query results window, it is now hidden
4. Press WIN + SHIFT+R to toggle the query results window again, it is now visible, but at the default height, not with the dimensions set in step 2
