Have a Diagnostics (/df:) equivalent for DacFx actions through extensions

Both Dacpac and Schema Compare extensions perform DacFx actions and show errors if the deploy or other operations fail. but there is no option show full diagnostic log. We should have a option to create diagnostic logging for these actions in ADS extensions in order to improve supportability
