DacFx options: after loading profile, unclear whether "reset" goes to the default values, or the loaded values

This is the information that we had from the last sync discussion on profiles options.

Still need to figure out:

1. Options reset to DacFx defaults or options from profile?
2. How to clear the loaded profile
3. Move load profile option up before Server connection
