Hover Scroll results grid

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run a query which returns enough rows for a scroll bar to appear in the RESULTS window
2. Select rows by selecting the first row in the RESULTS window and - without releasing the mouse button - drag your cursor down to the MESSAGES window.

These steps should scroll your RESULTS content down and allow you to select RESULTS rows as they become visible. Instead, the RESULTS content does not scroll down and selection gets "stuck". See this gif:

First I select some results and scroll using my scroll wheel. This works fine. However, my selection gets "stuck" as soon as my cursor is dragged over the MESSAGES window.

I believe this is because the mouse then gives the drag event to the messages box rather than the grid box. Ideally moving your mouse below the grid when you are dragging scrolls the results for you, which is standard pretty much everywhere else.
