Should successfully execute the deploy goal

Fail to execute goal with the error : Failed to execute goal com.microsoft.azure:azure-spring-apps-maven-plugin:1.16.0:deploy (default-cli) on project bxxx: load Spring Apps (sp): Status code 400, "{"error":{"code":"UnsupportedApiVersion","message":"The HTTP resource that matches the request URI 'https://eastus-gen2.resourceprovider.azureappplatform.io/subscriptions/xxxxx/resourceGroups/sp/providers/Microsoft.AppPlatform/Spring/sp' does not support the API version '2022-09-01-preview'."}}"

Problem is faced during the deploy command. Can recreate it using the deploy command

Hi, @rushi20139 Thanks for reaching out.

1. This problem is caused by azure-spring-apps-maven-plugin:1.16.0 does not support Azure Spring Apps Consumption Plan.
2. This error log won't cause any problem if you are not deploying to Azure Spring Apps Consumption Plan. If you are not deploying to Azure Spring Apps Consumption Plan and just has Azure Spring Apps Consumption Plan in your subscription, you can just ignore this error log and continue your deployment.

@chenrujun the errors will be fixed by in next release. but we don't have ETA of the support for consumption plan at the moment, maybe 2-3 months later.
